HAAS® test sealing bags PU-F with bypass are highly flexible and for a wide range of applications in the areas of inspection, redirection, repair and leak testing with air and water in accordance with DIN EN 1610 suitable. The robust shut-off test cushions with passage meet all wastewater technology testing standards. Thanks to the standard quick-release coupling and Storz coupling, the test bladders can be connected safely and quickly to any accessory. Test media can be specifically introduced through the bypass. An internal hose simplifies assembly and enables installation even in narrow and angled pipes. Their wide range of application in pipelines from 70 to 1600 mm makes the HAAS® test sealing cushion PU-F with bypass an efficient and reliable companion for countless test and shut-off cases - even in difficult environments up to 2.5 bar operating pressure .

Executions
HAAS® test sealing cushions PU-F with an internal hose as a passage are available in 11 variants, each with a wide range of applications and in lengths from 420 to 2000 mm. They can withstand a back pressure of 5 m or 10 m of water column and meet all test regulations for carrying out leak tests for existing, new and renovated wastewater systems.
Our test pipe sealing cushions are used for water or air tightness tests in accordance with DIN EN 1610. In order to be able to connect various accessories, all sealing cushions are equipped with quick couplings and Storz couplings. Other connection couplings are also available for our test sealing bags.
The flow of these sealing bags is equipped with an internal hose. The flexible construction allows for easy installation. Pipe diameters from 70 mm to 1600 mm can be easily covered. In addition, the PU-F pipe sealing cushions can withstand a counter pressure of 5m - 10m water column.
Material
HAAS® test sealing cushions PU-F with bypass are made of high-quality natural rubber. The passage is made of corrosion-resistant, rust-proof aluminum. The test bladders are resistant to industrial water, wastewater and temperatures from – 30 °C to + 80 °C.

Leak testing technology
Most variants of these test bubbles have 1 pass. Test cushions for pipe diameters from 300 to 600 mm, 500 to 1000 mm, 600 to 1200 and 1000 to 1600 mm have 2 passes.
Depending on the version, the passage sizes range from 1 inch (pipe diameter up to variant 150 - 300 mm) to 2 inches (diameter from variant 200 - 400 mm).
The test bladders can be connected quickly and easily via all common standard Storz couplings.
