Thanks to their particularly short design, the flow pipe cushions are particularly suitable for sealing and shut-off in the area of sewer construction and separator technology, and for leak testing in accordance with DIN EN 1610 as well as for the installation, renovation and maintenance of small sewage treatment plants. Executions
HAAS® PU-K test sealing bags with passage are available in 9 different pipe dimensions for diameters from 50 to 400 mm. Depending on the size, they are provided with a bypass of 1/2" to 2" and meet all test regulations for carrying out leak tests on new and renovated wastewater systems.
Depending on the size, these test sealing bags are provided with a bypass of 1/2" to 2". (See table) These are used for leak testing or shutting off sewage pipes, whether old pipes, newly laid pipes or even renovated pipes. The test sealing bags made of high-quality rubber material and fabric insert can be used for pipe diameters from 50 to 400. The connection for filling the test bladder is equipped with a brass standard coupling. All other metal parts are corrosion-resistant.
Material
HAAS® test sealing cushions PU-K with bypass are made of high-quality natural rubber. A passage made of aluminum is vulcanized. This makes the test sealing bag very light. The test bladders are resistant to industrial water, wastewater and temperatures from – 30 °C to + 80 °C.

Our short flow pipe cushions provide you with reliable and economical support in the installation, maintenance and renovation of house sewer connections and separators with pipe diameters of 50 to 400 mm. Leak testing technology
Both in the small version from 50 mm and in the largest version with a pipe diameter of up to 300-400 mm, the test sealing bags can be easily filled using a compressed air adapter with a standard foot or hand air pump or with a compressor.
To fill the PU-K test bladders you need a tire valve adapter. For the air test you need our test adapter with 2 air connections
Depending on the version, the test sealing bags are 190, 195, 240, 270, 320 or 350 mm long.
