Leak tests with air and water are the quickest and most economical methods for determining the tightness of sewer pipes. The test standards for this in Germany are DIN EN 1610 for new systems and DIN 1986 Part 30 or the DWA bulletin 143-6 for existing tests.
The MPG test set allows the testing and assessment of pipes, sewers, water and gas supply lines in public and private areas (house connections) with air pressure and water loss measurements. The test device has an integrated safety valve for pressure build-up. When compressor compressed air is fed in, filling, testing and releasing the test pressure is possible.
The test can be documented either directly on site using the optionally integrated strip printer or subsequently using a detailed test report automatically created on the PC.
