Leak testing system PIPE-TEST-4: Control unit with integrated measuring device "AIR/VACUUM"
The modular system allows pipes, sewers, sockets and shafts to be tested for leaks. The device system is suitable for vehicle installation as well as for mobile operation. With the basic device, overpressure and vacuum tests can be carried out with the test medium air in accordance with the test standards currently used in the EC area. With the available expansion components, tests with the test medium water can be carried out in both the low-pressure and high-pressure ranges.
A notebook PC is integrated into the basic device for data entry, for automatic control of filling and the test process, as well as for creating reports. The test process is visualized online and the leak rate, as well as a forecast of the test result, is displayed. The client and project database integrated into the testing software allows the test data to be conveniently managed and overview lists to be generated.
